Review: Great deterrent - it's a great item used rightly, just follow the instructions and the alarm is well loud enough 5 star's,,, hi I'd like to update my review after using the unit for nearly two years now I've come to the conclusion that the Lock is fine but the alarm is terrible as when the battery is losing its power so does the loudness of the alarm so much so that it's terrible and when I tried to change the battery there's not one in it,,, or should I say not one that is easily changed it's a sealed unit and when you do open it up you can't get near the battery,, I feel like I've been miss LED,, as been able to change the battery was the main reason I bought it in the first place,, it's a sales trick just to get you to buy it,,, don't,,, I'll never buy anything from this brand again 0/5,,

**Q: Should i be worried about having a device with a battery on it exposed to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures during the summer?**
A: Yes, it uses a lithium CR2 battery and extreme high and low temps do affect longevity but batteries are relatively cheap. Use a window sunshade to shade direct sunlight or take the battery out. Just seeing the thing locked to your steering wheel is a big deterent. Life is not perfect!

**Q: How sensitive is this device?**
A: It ahsba delay, it will go off with constant movement

**Q: Replacement keys for steering wheel lock**
A: The device comes with 3 keys so just keep one in a 'safe' place as a backup if you keep 2 sets of keys like I do.

**Q: Will it fit a kia soul steering wheel?  dimensions are: 14 1/2" and 4 1/4"**
A: It should be able to fit it. They include 'adapters' if you have a skinny steering wheel. I have a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, it works fine on it. The alarm is incredibly sensitive so when you open the door it will detect the vibration and give a couple of warning 'beeps'. Once it goes off it's pretty loud so be ready with the key to disarm it! You can use it without arming it as well as another option.
