Looks nothing like the picture. It has no belt for the waist and it's cheaply made material that looks like I can just buy at Walgreens for 5.99. Definitely not worth the $30 I paid. It truly is more like a fitted poncho - but it's waterproof! I don't find it particularly flattering, though it does have a drawstring at waste and hood - which I wanted. And I really like the length. I've tested it out the past couple days in the high 40s and rain. With a sweater underneath and gloves, I was just fine. It was super wrinkly when I got it. They're relaxing some but I don't think it will ever look like the photo.
