    Died after 14 month! No support or find somebody, who authorized for repair!

After 14 month of successful usage of device it started rebooting in the loop. Tried to contact LTS support, but they don't want to talk to end- user. They want to talk to the registered installers ONLY! Registered with LTS! If device purchased from Amazon - go and talk to Amazon!Information about device support is very limited on the Internet. So, before you waste you money, 100 times reconsider if this money should be wasted in LTS equipment.I'm purchasing a new DVR, but  not from LTS.
