They were super fast to make (the package suggests boiling them for 2 minutes, but I tested one and wanted them a bit softer). The combination of soy sauce, sesame oil, and a touch of sugar in the sauce was just right. It wasn't overpowering, but it was very flavorful. A little more sauce would be nice -- the noodles started to stick together when I was had only eaten about half of them (which isn't a lot). I wasn't feeling well, and it was a perfect, light meal for my stomach. Another time, I can imagine adding tofu, baby bok choy, sliced carrots, and scallions for a more complete meal. It was nice knowing I wasn't eating pure junk food (fried noodles). The texture of air-dried noodles is usually pretty terrible, but these were light and delicate, and just chewy enough. I'm looking forward to trying the other 3 flavors.
