## Description

The GEKKOH CLEARGRIP magnetic window cleaning kit - Spend less time cleaning, more time living! Our double-sided magnetic window cleaning kit is designed specifically for the majority of UK double glazing panels. NOT SUITABLE FOR SINGLE GLAZING, TRIPLE GLAZING OR CONSERVATORIES. How does it work? To separate the two halves, grip the tool firmly in one hand and hold it in front of you. Then using the handle, twist the other half and pull it towards you. Remember to SOAK the pads in plenty of water and get them nice and soapy before use. The Cleargrip works best with LOTS of soapy water, helping it to slide easily over the window. To GENTLY mount the tool to the window- hold the outside half against the outside of the glass whilst holding the inside half against the inside of the glass 6 to 12” lower down. Then slide up the inside half to line up with the outside half, until the magnets attract each other. To re-join the two halves, hold the outside half (and separator) in one hand, then move the back edges of both halves together at a right angle, then close the two halves together like a book, keeping your fingers clear. Review: Streak free and shiny - You can see in the image left window is shiny after cleaning and other windows have years worth of city grime built up on the outside. Super happy with the difference. It’s streak free, I think individuals who had streaks didn’t move the cleaner in the right path/direction. You have to focus on the direction of the little squeegee/scraper so as not the leave streaks. (It soaps and squeegees in one go). The little squeegee on the outside cleaner on mine fell out mid clean. Luckily it fell where I could reach it but wouldn’t have been incredibly annoying if I had lost it. Magnets are good, it only fell off the window once, but that was because I moved it too quick while getting used to it, and the string caught it just fine. There’s no way to get in the corners, but it does do a good enough job even around the perimeter. Considering I live on the third floor, there’s no way to safely reach my windows from the outside, and the fact my windows slide upwards means I cannot reach the outside of my windows from the inside with windows open, so there’s no way to clean my windows without hiring someone. So despite not being perfect, this is well worth my time and money.

You can see in the image left window is shiny after cleaning and other windows have years worth of city grime built up on the outside. Super happy with the difference. It’s streak free, I think individuals who had streaks didn’t move the cleaner in the right path/direction. Clear instructions, which when followed allowed for a good quality clean of our windows. Takes a bit of practice but quickly becomes easy to use. See attached before and after photos. Our windows were filthy and although they didn't come up perfectly, it's as close as they are going to get being that we are in a top floor flat, so outside accessibility is an issue. I could not use the magnetic cleaner on the fan light windows as the unit is a little too big. Really pleased to get a QR code for a set of free replacement pads. Overall a great gadget at a fair price for tricky to clean windows.
