It fit perfectly and I didn't have any problems with the zipper sliding down while I was working out. I would have liked for it to fit a little more snug around my waist but it sill worked. I wore a sports bra underneath it and did cardio and set in the sauna afterwards. Being one of the many deathly allergic to latex people out there, I made my husband handle the rest of opening it while I took precautions and covered up.Upon handling the actual vest and see the tag showing no latex, I felt better. The paper was actually an advertisement for their waist trainer.....poor advertisement to me.I ordered a 3x due to my triple E bra size. It was snug but everything is staying in place.
