It was becoming quite stressful. If you purchase this product be prepared to receice nice pressured emails to do a review.I sent there emails to my spam folder for it has taken me almost a month to finally use this product.The bottle is a little smaller than anticipated. This is a good product, I was able to extract alot of gunk from my skin and it assisted in melting down oil underneath my skin. Please note you should place this on your skin and use a steamer for 15 minutes to allow it to work . I've used it 3 times and it does seem to help loosen pores so that you can really deep clean your skin. I have used it with steam. It's all natural which I like. I also really like the strong smell of lavender which this has. Beware, you WILL breakout but that's good! It's pores purging but don't use the night before say your wedding.
