I gather the round part of the product has a 45cm diameter, so there would be a gap.** A: Hi my drain was a 47cm diameter modern plastic riser tube and it fitted over that okay. Iā€™m guessing they make different sizes for different riser tube diameters. If yours is 30 then yes it would easily fit over the top but as you say it would have a gap all round. I suggest you try and find the correct size for your 30 cm riser and being smaller would probably be cheaper.
