I've been looking for a coffee to replace the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's medium-dark organic Papua New Guinea Sigri Estate. It's been a long journey of trying different coffees over time. I personally use the pour over method, and the grind on this is medium/fine. it's perfect for what you're describing. **Q: will this work in a kcup?** A: I know that there are some reusable K-cup filters that one can load with ground coffee. This would work with those. **Q: What is the PH?** A: The pH of our Papua New Guinea Medium Dark Roast is 5.55. Please keep in mind that our coffee beans are untreated, meaning that they achieve this pH level neaturally.
