A: Only has this information .........Allergy information: packed in a facility that also processes tree nuts .

**Q: Where is this grown?**
A: On the pack it says,  country of origin is India,  and packed by Prepship Inc. NJ.

**Q: Can it be sprouted or grown?**
A: I don't know about being grown, but I do know that it definitely can be sprouted. I'm sure you know, best to soak over night, then rinse well and let sit 1 or more days, rinsing occasionally. You won't get the obvious sprouts that mung beans or other seeds get, but you will see very tiny sprouts (if you look closely). This is all you need to have increased the nutritional value tremendously, because the grain now has it's own enzymes for your digestion & assimilation.

A: Yes. It's pretty clean.
