This seaweed salad is LEGIT. It's clean, tasty, and easy to make and delicious to eat. It cooks very quickly, and you can put them in cold water and mix it with some bibimjang (spicy and sour gochujang), or add them in miso or other soup. I've even put them in Japanese corn potage, and kids loved it. So - the seaweed is FANTASTIC. What's absolutely HORRID about the product is the packaging. This tiny and dried seaweed DOES NOT have to come in these tiny vinyl packages. The product is well dried, and it can be stored in a jar or other containers, and the product will be fine. Drying is a method of preservation - it really doesn't need to be in this harmful package.
