It's an inside job. Someone at the Amazon distribution center is emptying packages and sending to customers. Check the reviews of the center, multiple people receive empty envelopes. Amazon should do something. **Q: Where are they made** A: My packet of 3 blades says, on the back at the bottom, "Made in USA". **Q: Dumb question: for cutting nails in joist hangers and joists which would be longest lasting 6 tpi or 9 tpi?** A: First, per my review, I don't recommend these. Most demo blades I've seen are 6 tpi, but also the teeth are specially set for demolishing work.
