There are no care instructions.** A: I wash them in hot water and hang dry. They can be put in the dryer I would on low probably. We have had ours for a while now. **Q: are the tops all white so you can see if there has been an accident?** A: yes they are **Q: Can these be put in the washing machine & dryer?** A: Yes, I do wash them. However, the backs get somewhat wrinkled. It helps to air dry, rather than machine dry them. **Q: Are they stiff?
