A: Yes. It dries the skin a little, so I would definitely add moisturizer after it dries.

**Q: Cai i apply by hand or do i need to use cotton ball as mentioned in the directions?**
A: You will definitely need cotton balls. Wet the cotton ball, wipe across face avoiding eye area and voila! :)
