Not a big deal since I drink both cases or more each month. It would be ideal to get a 6 - 12 month shelf life on these orders. I held off on this one for a long time because I thought cold-brew matcha would be a gimmick like cold-brew coffee (sorry not sorry) and that the filtered matcha wouldn't be meaningfully different from sencha. "Umami sweetness" from tea? Give me a break, that hardly even makes sense. Boy was I wrong, this tea is delicious: smooth, refreshing, subtle sweetness, and yes, even a hint of umami. The tea retains somewhat of a green hue which is very impressive for a bottled product, suggesting it's been effectively protected from oxidation.
