Used it as an overshirt on my last workout and it breathed fine. Even wore it around the house until it finally warmed up here in NW Ohio. Not only does it feel good, it's flattering according to my wife. Bought a grey and charcoal and very satisfied with both. My only regret is I wish they came in more colors (blue, red etc.) Definitely would recommend them, but not meant to be worn tight.
