Takes a little experimentation to get the cooking time right for your taste, but found that when cooked EXACTLY like the instructions it is an edible option. You'll find it is a bit more "rubbery" than traditional pasta, but if you want to go "grain free", it could be a good option. If you like traditional pasta, and don't have any dietary reason to change, I'd advise against this option. It is also WAAAY more expensive.

It’s kind of sacrilegious to say alternative to pasta, which there is no such thing, but in the scheme of things it’s sort of like whole wheat pasta. Something like the taste of cardboard but if you have a good enough sauce it’s doable. Don’t even consider leftovers, throw it out….it turns to mush. After all that, I do eat it and my husband likes it but I wouldn’t use him as tester, he’ll eat just about anything. If you truly want to go outside the pasta realm it’ll fill the bill. They have spaghetti and penne. We do low carb and cassava flour has carbs but they don’t act the same
