I didn't expect too much from these, but I did hope for some sort of effect after seeing so many great reviews. I'm happy to report that I absolutely love this supplement after using it for a little bit now. The positive effects are subtle in a way but still very noticeable if you are in the habit of paying attention to how you're feeling day to day.I've noticed a rather dramatic increase in feelings of overall wellbeing and vitality, a significant decrease in my anxiety levels (which was a welcome surprise), and I feel like I have this calm, efficient type energy throughout the day. I feel ready to tackle things that I would normally feel intimidated by (for example - I usually have intense car anxiety, especially when I need to drive me and my toddler somewhere without my husband - but after being on this supplement for maybe a week, I was suddenly totally fine with taking a road trip with just me and my toddler and I didn't have even a little bit of anxiety the whole trip.
