I try to keep my carb count 35 or fewer grams per day, so I usually consume a small handful (a few pieces) at a time, no more than half a bag. This works great as a snack when paired with a few nuts or seeds, or maybe a slice of cheese if you consume dairy. An acceptable addition to your trail mix.
