Nice thick tubing. Right off the bat I had to turn the metal earpieces to get any kind of sound out of it. My complaints with it: compared to my littman it's super light so much that I don't even know it's there. It's comparable to my classic II SE in sound but it's so light. Complaint 2: working ems I outfitted it with the adult diaphragm and the children's diaphragm. On the first shift the children's diaphragm came off, lost in the shuffle. Still had the box in my truck so I replaced it and that one started trying to come off too. The rubber ring that holds it on is nowhere near sufficient for that diaphragm.
