After applying the paste I ran y-cruncher for 30 minutes with an i7 14700k at stock and my temperature never exceeded 74c. During Space Marine 2 which is CPU heavy my temps were in the 40's. Now on to the applying of the paste. I think it's a bit unfair that people mark this product down because it's more difficult to apply, Yes it is more difficult to apply and I could tell this straight away but the manufacturer provides a video of how to do it correctly. I followed the video to the letter and had absolutely no issues applying the paste although it did take a bit more time and patience.
