The great news for me about this case is that the insert is magnetic and can be fully detached. So, if someone needs to borrow your phone for whatever reason, you don't have to give them your whole wallet!!! YAY! It also works for me because when my young grandson wants to facetime with his parents, I can give him the phone portion ONLY. I truly hope the quality stands up.
