I learned I had hormonal acne and pityrosporum focculitis. Its a fungal infection of the skin which mimics looking like acne but dosent respond to the typical acne treatments from a distance your skin looks fine. But close up it looks red angry and very textured or even dry in some cases and itches.... ALOT and burns. At this young age I'm glad I discovered about candida and how it can affect anybody even if you have a stellar healthy diet and pro athelete exercise level, take a probiotic and enzyme. Did all that and still had candida. I even tried the popular candida diet and I was screaming internally I just wanted to go back to eating bananas and apples and strawberries whenever I wanted. I felt a horribly vitamin depletetion from it. Only on dark leafy greens and meat? If you eat meat that is... That's not healthy. With this and Candisolv you DON'T NEED the candida diet I don't care who told you do, well you don't. I ate whatever I wanted (aka what I mean by that is my usual athelic healthy diet) and was still healing. (Don't gourge out of junk food just because you're on this product) This was the only probiotic that made a dent in healing my skin. Candida also affects the hormones so once some of the candida was going away my hormones took a good fix too and I was able to lose the last few pounds to look extra lean. Took a long time yes but by the 5th month my skin was almost clear and way less itchy. First the burning and itching down there went away. Then my itchy chest acne went away. And pairing with candisolv which is most definitely needed it helped get rid of my oral candida. I'd check the mirror and my tongue would randomly be healthy pink! Usually it's white as paint.Unfortunately I ruined a good chunk of my progress by taking collodial silver which did ALOT MORE HARM than good. My skin was getting itchy by the day and was getting worse pimples than ever. I heard alot of good things about it so why not give it a try against some stubborn candida. (I mean my candida is nearly gone at this point why not give it a shot) It reaked havoc on all the good gut bacteria which I did read up on it can/will do that. Even though I kept reading that it leaves the good gut bacteria intact. Hey if silver works for you it works for you I probably just did it wrong and I'm not willing to try again unless a horrible bacteria of viral infection gets to me.The moment I got off the silver the next day my face looked alot better than it did before. Not all the way though, the die off of the good gut bacteria did set me 3 or 2 months of healing backwards but it did teach me a lesson that just because it's natural dosent mean it's always gonna work.However now I just use collodial silver for external cases.
