I'm under treatment for my scoliosis and follow a regimen to allow my body to relax enough so the adjustment can actually work. But when the body reaccomodates, it hurts a lot for a while. If you have low back prob especially from arthritis this will work if you do what it says. Put 5 under your tongue 3 times a day. Also get Hypernicum for nerve damage. Great products. I’ve recently been looking for more homeopathic products. Anything by Boiron will do what it says. After a week of 3 times a week it hasn’t helped you need to switch strength ( the numbers on them will be 200, 30 or 6. That’s how many times the plant has been cut in strength. So start with 200 , it’s usually enough if after a week it hasn’t helped go to 30 . Also there are4 other back remedy’s... one is called Symphytum... it’s plant nickname is nit bone... so if your pain is from a stress fracture or other bone injury you might have to try another. There is lots of info online about these medicines used by Indians,Chinese etc for hundreds of yrs. These are tiny but don’t let that fool you. Like anything else if you don’t take it like it says it won’t work. Up to you if you want to hurt.
