I use it in my breadmaker. I think the shelf life is 3 months. The flour is great for rising in a bread maker. I have found that flour is at its best when used when it's fresh. It is easy to use and is suitable for use in a bread maker. Look for 'breadmix' on the packet. It makes a lovely bread loaf (just add butter and strawberry jam when the bread loaf has cooled down - yummy!) Review: Pricey, but delicious loaf of bread - Bought to use with my Panasonic SD-2500 bread machine. Very simple to use. Add the required amount of water. Use Programme 2 on the machine (Basic Rapid), let the machine do its thing and you've got yourself a delicious loaf of bakery-quality bread. It is expensive per loaf, to be honest, so it's unlikely that I'll be using these bags too often.
