The process went smoothly. It is easy to install. I would recommend you watch a few videos on youtube on the process. Looking at the phone you would not ever know that the screen has been replaced. I do recommend however that you heat the edges again after placing in the new screen to help it to seal securely. Overall great product. UPDATE... I purchased a second screen and it came damaged. I contacted the seller and He promptly sent me a new one. I asked if he wanted me to return the damaged one and he said there is no need. I am pleased with the product and the seller. During texting it sometimes speed-writes gibberish or the screen expands into deep zoom-mode. It is hard to navigate through Netflix videos when it goes into this intermittent mode.Update: I I had hoped it might clear up but it has only gotten worse and now it's intermittently changing my phone settings during these "ghost typing" events.
