The bigger hole needs the rubber cup placed inside and the pink lid secured above it. The end that the bottle screws on has a smaller hole that the rubber, triangular piece goes in. Jab company India me spare parts hi provide nahi kar rahi, toh yeh poora expensive pump parts degrade hote hi kabaad (completely useless) ban jata hai.Maine manufacturer aur customer support se dhoondhne ki poori koshish ki, par koi solution nahi mila.
