After many attempts to get a replacement or even someone to contact me I gave up and ordered a separate controller. The one pictured is not what I received. I got another controller like the one that failed with none of the accessories that are pictured. The original controller works with an app call BLEDIM and the one picture works with Happylighting app. I heard the Happylighting controller works as expected but this company sucks and sends out whatever junk they want to with no regard to quality or customer service.
