Red light is due to lack of paper or charge It is important to line up the paper straight or it will print at an angle or jam. The paper is thinner than normal printer paper and you can only print on one side. It comes with a small amount of thermal paper. I bought double dragon paper as previous reviews recommended this. I’m finding it easy to set up now I understand the system. It connects through the app as long as you have Bluetooth on. The printing is clear and you can choose how dark you need the print. So far it seems good value for money. It doesn’t do colour printing but I figure if I need that on occasion I can pop down to the local library. It takes up little space.

A: 1. Only thermal paper can be used, not regular paper 2. Can only print in black and white 3. If using a printer on a computer, a driver program needs to be downloaded , Bluetooth connection is not supported

A: Find the paper size switch on the left of the paper bin Switch it to 216 (upper) can print US Letter Paper Switch it to 210 (bottom) can print A4 Paper

A: It may because the paper is installed incorrectly. Please maker sure the paper with black markings faces downwards

**Q: Why does the printer print incomplete?**
A: The position of the paper is not correct. Put the paper smoothly into the paper inlet Note：The two ends of the paper need to be on the same straight line to ensure that the printing is not offset

**Q: Unable to print from computer after installed the driver？**
A: The printer needs to powered on and connected to the computer via the USB cable before installing the driver. Uninstall then reinstall the printer driver.

A little tricky to use compared to a regular inkjet printer. But ideal to use when traveling. Small and light yet produces a very legible printout. Shoutout to the company for their excellent tech support when I had installation issues.
