no me gustó mucho, no hay nada nuevo en este libro pensé que iba hacer suuper bueno,  hay mejores libros que he comprado con buenos tips, tengo todos los libros de Samar y todas esas recetas que tiene el libro ,más la dieta que michel pone que según fue asi que adquirió el cuerpazo no me convence ,yo sé que Samar es la Madrina pero me hubiera gustado ver algo más de michel incluso los planes que ella pone, seguir ese plan me lo encuentro muy complicado de seguir, queremos cosas fáciles, rápido  cada dia platos diferentes es muy agotador

I liked the meals, some meals I just have never liked. the diet is very expensive !!! lower in the first week 3 kilos and in the following weeks do not lower more kilos. I feel good I have lowered measures. The only thing I tell you is that you will not have time to do other things. If you are going to make the 28-day plan, you have to be exclusive, you can not go anywhere. the meals are very prepared and you spend a lot of time cooking. the plan is very strict.

Super bueno para personas que disponen de mucho tiempo para dedicarle a la cocina y preparación, la dieta es variada pero compleja en ejecución, pero no quiero desanimar a nadie con mi comentario , quien disponga de tiempo que lo compre por que es excelente , de todos modos me encantaria un libro de Michelle enfocado a personas que trabajamos mucho fuera de casa y que también cuando llegamos a ella tenemos muchas más responsabilidades por cumplir, un libro que nos otorgue dietas quizás un pelin más repetitivas pero fáciles de ejecutar y por que no ? Un poquito más económicas!!!
