The specific purpose I bought it for was to allow me to sit close to the ground while photographing wildlife behind available cover. The chair looks tiny, less than 12" tall and the seat less than 12" per side. I'm 5' 11", 180 and the size works for me. With the legs being made of steel and not very long I expect it to last awhile. The legs are pinned together with the usual rivet type pin passing through 2 tubular leg sections. I expect these pins would be the weak point but if one ever breaks/pulls out it could easily be replaced with a stronger threaded bolt and ny-lock nut. It's light, doesn't take up much room and the camo color I chose will blend with surroundings rather than stand out. With no backrest the amount of comfortable sitting time will be more limited. So far, would buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Smaller than expected and smaller than the shown photos *by F***. on Reviewed in the United States on July 23, 2019* This stool is sturdy and comfy however it is also much smaller than the pictures show. It's super tiny. Mostly I imagine that this stool is more suited for a small toddler. That being said it does work, it's really strong, I am about 300lbs and it holds me fine, however it's super small and doesn't really work well for an adult to get up easily once sitting on this stool. That being said I still feel it was a good purchase. Just disappointed that it's smaller than the photos they show lead you to believe.
