Ive used them to deadlift well over 300 lbs several times a month and they have never worn out, ripped or ever looked anything more then barely used. When i lost them I went online and bought a new pair in a matter of minutes. These are the best. They are simple and do the job. The neoprene adds a little cushion to protect the back of your wrist too. If you need straps, buy these
