A: Yes, when you're in the dungeons, the game has a "Quick Save" feature which lets you temporarily save your progress and close the game. When you resume, the quick save is deleted, and you have to either finish the dungeon so you can make a full save, or make another quick save. If you close the game without doing either, your progress gets reset back to your last full save.
