Also the head of mine got loose and made it seem like there was a mechanical problem not twisting enough. I grabbed a wrench and pliers and tightened the head and hex nut on top. Works perfect. Id buy again honestly. Please note this is for tying stuff you would tie with the looped twist tie wire.
