Today. My husband has been diligently keeping the ice in my ice machine filled and i can feel the cold underneath my brace when when i touch it but the cold isn't getting thru my bandage as well as i'd like. I purchased this knee wrap last month when i was initially injured dirtbiking and was immediately impressed. I just placed one of the gel packs on the back of my knee that's not covered by either brace or dressings and i can immediately feel the cold seeping thru. I love this thing. When i was mobile, the knee wrap stayed put too. The packs stay cold for a long time and the quality of the neoprene is excellent as well. For anyone looking to purchase a knee wrap, this is a no-brainer. The Velcro straps prevent the wrap from sliding, and the removable, Velcro attached ice packs are very convenient, as they can be placed anywhere, which aids in achieving relief in multiple areas. It is also very convenient to have additional ice packs to keep on hand in the freezer!The ice packs can also be heated in the microwave if necessary.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ACL surgery relief - works better than pain killers and fits perfectly to my knee *by A***R on July 9, 2018* I just got ACL reconstruction surgery and meniscus repair surgery and was in severe pain. A friend gave me his old active wrap, it worked very well but had to have been very old because the design does not compare to this. The design is so easy to put on and fits perfectly. I think this is the best wrap on the market and is totally worth the price if you are in severe pain like I am.
