I usually HATE pea protien but times are tough and who returns pasta anyways. Wow was I impressed!!! Lentil pasta already has a nice texture, the pea protien seemed to add a kind of chewiness I haven't experimented in gluten free pasta choices before. It has a slightly unami flavor that is delightful with bright, savory dishes like red sauce or cold pasta salad. I haven't tried it with a cream based sauce but I think a very sharp cheddar could stand up to and compliment the faint pea powder taste. I reccomend for people looking to curb carbs, increase protien, or just not need to deal with finding a protien when you just want to eat a huge bowl of pasta salad without feeling gross afterwards.
