As always, they give a quick burst to your energy levels, so if you're at the end of a long ride/run and need something to take you through the last stretch home they're ideal. Easy to eat on the move, however when opening sometimes the tear-off bit comes off completely and some accidental littering can occur. If you're not too aggressive with opening it's easy to avoid though. The flavour is... palatable. As with most, if not all, of this type of product, they're designed to be consumed, not enjoyed. It's a very sweet, slightly fake-orange flavour. I would recommend this product, not for long term nutrition, but for a quick and easy pick-up.
