I could not see anything in the instructions, but I eventually figured out that the app provided by Zhiyun (ZY Cam) isn't actually needed, you could use the already installed camera app on your existing phone, all you have to do is connect the phone to the gimbal via Bluetooth, and it should work. The gimal has lost of features, zooming in out, pan up, down, left and right, also has lots of modes to track objects, allow panning only and so on. This model has a fill light which is quick good for indoor use. Once you know how to select the mode you need, they are easy to use. The ginbal also has a USB-C charging socket, which is super convienent, as my phone has a USB-C power socket, and also has a USB-C slot to charge the phone while in use with with Gimbal (this does impact the great battery life of the Gimbal though). Sorry I could not show you all of the features on the video, a little difficult while operating the video and the gimbal at the same time. But I hope it shows how smooth, easy to use and compact it is. It has the ability to connect a large phone (Pixel 6 Pro) and you can balance it correctly with the sliding scale thats lockable. Tip: Ensure all parts of the gimbal are unlocked, so the gimbal can balance, twist and turn as needed. Excellent peice of equipment, recommended. It feels like the material is solid. The stability is also super good. I used it with iphone 13 pro max, and it handled it super smoothly.
