My feet tend to get warm at night and I was worried this would happen with these. I was pleasantly surprised they did not get hot at all. I had deep cracks in my feet and in less than a week they were about 75 % better. After washing my feet I put cream and then Zen toes on. I have tried just about every cream and lotion I could get my hands on as well as an assortment of pumice stones and rasps. My maintenance program is now a light daily smoothing with a Diane foot file, Vaseline jelly cream and these heel socks.
