Als User einer VIOFO 139 Pro habe ich lange überlegt, ob ich mir das Hardwarekit anschaffe und dann die Kabel kreuz und quer durch das Auto lege. Das ist nicht mal eben so gemacht und bei einem Dienstwagen bin ich da eh ein wenig "zimperlich". Also hat man sich schon bei vorigen Dashcams (iTtracker) eben mit der Aufnahme während der Fahrt begnügt und sich nach 2 Parkremplern vorm Baumarkt schlichtweg geärgert. Durch Zufall bin ich über dieses OBD2 Kabel gestolpert ... der Algorithmus hat mal wieder hervorragend das passende Spielzeug in der Werbung ausgeworfen ;-). Eigentlich ging es mir nur um den BT Button :-) ... eigentlich. Also ab in den Warenkorb, ab ins Auto und was soll ich sagen: macht es was soll ... Dauerstrom, oder eben temp. Schaltungsstrom sind wie erhofft und angegeben verfügbar. Die Kamera schaltet sich nach 30 Minuten von selber aus und es gibt absolut keinen Grund zur Beschwerde. Wenn man nörgeln müsste ... dann auf hohem Niveau wegen des 3m langen Kabels. Wenn man z.B. bei einem Q5 auf den OBD2 Anschluss geht, das Kabel unter den Dichtungen her bis zum Dachhimmel führt und bei der Kamera ankommt ... dann sind noch gute 1,50 m über. Mit etwas Geduld hat man dann den Rest unter den Dachhimmel gestopft, aber elegant ist das nicht wirklich. Vorschlag an Herstellt: ein Stecker mit 3 m Kabel und ein Stecker mit 2 m Kabel ins Sortiment packen. Dann sind die Langstreckerkabler happy und die KFZ Fahrer mit normalen Distanzen haben keinen Kabelsalat zu verwursten ;-). Fazit: zu dem Preis und mit dem Aufwand die eleganteste Möglichkeit Dauerstrom, oder eben nicht, auf die Dashcam zu bekommen.
