Try to cut out processed sugars. Replace with coconut sugar, real maple syrup, and honey. And be careful with alcohol consumption, as this aggrivates your PH. 7. Make sure you are well prepared/naturally lubricated before sex so there is less chance of tearing and irritation. 8. Avoid or be very careful or artificial lubrication. I was hesitant to purchase this item because people said it was difficult to insert. If you keep it in the refrigerator insertion is no problem. I also had no problems with excessive discharge like others said, probably because it is inserted cold/firm and not liquid. I only used it one night and I already feel better. Great product for a great price!
