**Q: Can this be used in bread machine?**
A: I have not used in a bread machine. However it is very fast acting and I think would be suitable. Have you tried Mark Bittman’s quick no knead bread recipe? Works well with it.

**Q: Is it halal?**
A: I don't know what halal means.

**Q: How is this added to dough recipes as a sun for active dry yeast? Just mixed into flour?**
A: instructions from package
1. Mix with 500g flour.
2. Add other ingredients and let dough rise.

**Q: Is this brand better than the active dry yeast?**
A: I have been using it and love it much easier to work with  compared to the Fleischmann's Active Dry yeast

This yeast was delivered quickly and works very well. It was sold at a premium price but it's difficult to find good yeast that is not near or over its expiry date during this pandemic.
