They replaced the first one for free, but didn't want to even bother with contacting them again about this one so I looked for other bands. This set is great. Likely I will use them in series rather than interchanging colors. The feel is real nice. They clicked right in with no problems. I don't know the longevity yet, but seem well made. Only thing that's different from the Fitbit band is that the Free loop (that's what it's called) doesn't have anything to retain it in the holes of the band. I have not had any problems with it sliding off, but it's the only real difference. Certainly these bands are well worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Work great in warm weather! *by M***R on June 8, 2018* I love my Fitbit but when the weather is hot, it's really uncomfortable, sweating under the band.
