## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this support both dts and dolby?**
A: No. You will need an eARC compliant soundbar if you want DTS as well as Dolby sound. It’s a hardware requirement and cannot be provided with a software update.

**Q: Is the surround any good? Considering it is virtual (multibeam)**
A: With movies encoded in surround sound it works but it's not consistent. It can't compare to a system with discreet rear speakers.

**Q: Is there a way to wall mount the sound bar?**
A: Our JBL Bar 5.0 Multibeam comes with 2 x L-shape Wall-mount bracket.

**Q: ??Why does my subwoofer not produce bass as read in comments. Tried multiple placements. Do I have a defective one**
A: Great Question. Below will be instructions on how to Connect the JBL 5.1 soundbar to the subwoofer. If you have already taken these steps, Feel free to reach out to our 24-hour live chat customer service for further options.

1. Connect the soundbar and subwoofer to power by using the
supplied power cords.
→ The screen on the soundbar shows “LOAD ” and then, READY “
”.
2. On the soundbar, press the power icon to switch on.
→ “ HELLO” is displayed.
→ The subwoofer is connected to the soundbar automatically.
Connected: turns solid white.
NOTES:
− Use the supplied power cords only.
− Before connecting to power, make sure that you have properly plugged
the power cords into the soundbar and subwoofer.
− Before switching on the soundbar, make sure that you have completed
all other connections
