Multiple handles, straps, and attachments for group training. Utilize straps for multi body part attachment training.2. Verity sizes/load resistance so training from corrective to heavy weight lifting at one spot.3. Lifetime warranty-$6 for any size replacement after 90 days!!! Can't beat that deal.(Didn't buy other brands due to lake of quality or easy break and high cost for replacement)4. Can be use with other equipment. FYI ordered Xbar too.Improvements may need.1. Thanks for carrying bag but too small to carry all. I probably going to get a new bag that big enough to sort by size and carry all. All bunched and tangled.2. Maybe available for different length? So able to exercises like deadlifting or bend over row with handle or bar.3. Discount price for trainers? Very durable plenty of connectors from multiple hand grips to ankle straps. Usage guide to get you started and able to adjust to hit multiple angles. It was for my wife mainly but I have taken it to work and before eating lunch able to hit a few sets. Portable, removed excuses of no time. I was using some of my wifes older ones then it busted while doing files and I decided to step her equipment up. #Jym army ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ JYM Strength Bands AMAZING Workout whole gym in a bag *by J***D on August 19, 2015* This band set is amazing. Extremely well made and relatively easy to use. Amazing workouts right out of the bag as well as a plethora of available workouts at jimstoppani.com. I have been a gym rat for years and never really put to much effort including this type of workout into my fitness plans. With the help of the Dr. Jim Stoppani and the JYM ARMY I have leaned to incorporate these bands into my lifts in the gym as well as by themselves when at home. What a great work out and a much different kind of sore afterwards. Fees like I am involving muscles or including areas that I do not normally hit. Excellent product I would rate 10 stars. If I could.
