The earpiece portion is perforated as is the bottom. It can fall into a shallow bit of water but not a pool I also found it to be much heavier than I would've expected it to be so I stopped using it. Most reviews I read before buying this case were about how "The GPS doesn't work!" And "Once the case ia on you can't get to the S-Pen. Well I'm here to say different. My GPS works great, and the S-Pen is easily removed. The only complaint I have is the the only charger that fit into the case was the original cable the phone came with. I have bought a wireless charger to avoid this problem. It also has a problen that wont matter to others, but for me as a Singer, it's a big one. The mic is very very muffled when using it. The camera mic works fine, and I don't get any complaints about not being about to hear me on the phone. Not waterproof because of the s-pen. With the case on you will not be able to reach and get out the s-pen even tho there is a small cut out. Has a cover for all the ports expect the s- pen. Makes the phone a bit big and heavy. Comes with 2 extra screws and a wrist strap. Allan reach provided. Made to be weather resistance not waterproof. I would definitely recommend this to others. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed, the case does seem to interfere with my phone's signal at times and the stylus compartment dropped the ball. The only thing that holds the stylus in place is a tiny black rubber band that came with it, and the stylus is always considered detached becasue the case prevents it from fitting in the slot.
