Very pure Boswellia which is made from the resin of the tree. Taste is a deterrent for some. I put it in a shot glass with warmed juice ( as resin I feel it dissolves better this way). I highly recommend if chasing aches and pains in joints has been your journey.

I have taken Boswellia tablets for quite a while for aching joints. But I like this liquid better. As a liquid it enters the system more quickly. Less “filling” than tablets.
