They are fantastic! I have them every week with onion gravy, peas an mash or with a breakfast - even a sarnie. Irish Pork Sausage, has a mild level of spice, but has a richpork sausage flavor. The texture is a bit finer than most Irish Pork Sausages in Ireland, and it has wheat and not oat as the husk in the sausage mix. I highly recommend them, for breakfast, or making Bangers and Mash, or a a chips and bangers, or to make sausage rolls (remember take off the skins when making sausage rolls). Broke them into 3 portions, then placed in freezer. The casings on the sausage's were " lose" which was kind of odd to me. I am used to bangers being thicker then these.( Like a bratwurst). These are more of a breakfast size style. The overall taste was pretty good. Not the best I've had, but nice favor.
