First, its really difficult to set up. After you set it up, you go in circles cause its not clear on instructions for what it can and cannot do. Customer service is hard to contact because you can only ask one question at a time and they could take 48 hours to write back. Once you get it up, you find out that you have to pre-program the hours your employee will work if you think they will work including over-time. For instance, whats the point of clocking in if I have to put the times in beforehand. The last straw was when I found out that it requires you to use an online service thats $400/yr to calculate properly.
