Dash this in a whipped soft cheese for a punch! Also, it's quite a good flavor pop when added to olive oil for dunking warm steamy sourdough in.This even works on tilapia (which I know some people love, and yet other dispute it's worth as a catch, but this works excellent on that fish in a blackened dry rub.)I was traveling in the upper US when I found this stuff at a pizza joint.
